I couldn't open till I took a picture, was too pretty not to be photographed

The weekend was excellent, a lot of Patchwork, a bit of shopping and very Happy!!
The new quilt is almost ready, we are entering the final part, the binding, and next weekend I hope to show you

Espreitadela - Peek

Tenho andado calada, mas nao parada!!
Esta semana foi uma semana de emocoes fortes, muito trabalho, mas uma semana acima de tudo bastante positiva.
Em relacao ao Patchwork, nao tenho mostrado nada, porque iniciei a parte final do 'quilt as you go', primeira vez, ainda houve assim uns cose descose ao principio, mas agora cosi finalmente uma carreira, e dizer que está perfeito, aos meus olhos, posso dizer que a primeira fila está simplesmente perfeita, e isto vindo de uma perfectionista, tem muito que se lhe diga.
Nao vou mostrar tudo, isso fica para daqui a umas semanas quando estiver pronto, mas vou deixar aqui um 'cheirinho'.
Hoje estou Feliz, porque o receio que estava a ter, quando finalmente iria unir aquilo tudo, nao passou disso um receio, mas realmente estou bastante satisfeita como está a ficar.

I have been quite, but not doing nothing!!
This week, was a week of very strong emotions, a lot of work, but above all a very positive week.
In relation to Patchwork, I haven't shown anything, because I am in the final phase of the 'quilt as you go', first time, and at the beginning there were some sew and unspick, but now I have finally sew a row, and coming from me, it's quite perfect, being the perfectionist, that I am this is a great thing
I won't be showing the whole quilt, I will leave that for a few weeks time, when it's all ready, but I will leave you with a 'wee' peek
Today I am Happy, because I was a bit nervous, to join all those squares, but it was just nerves, but to be quite honest I am so pleased with the way is turning out.

Today was a Special Day, and a very interesting Course

Sandwiches

E as sandes comecaram a ser feitas 8 ja estao, só faltam 12!!
Este trabalho vai ser 'Quilt as you go', mais interessante pois vamos fazendo aos poucos e ao fim nao temos o trabalhao de os juntar todos.
O meu primeiro quilt com este método, Estou a pensar que nao vai demora muito!!
Diz ela....

And I started to make the sandwiches, done 8, 12 to go!!
This is going to be 'Quilt as you go' more interesting because you do each square at a time, and in the end we haven't got the all quilt to quilt.
This is my first one with this method. And I'm thinking that it's not going to take long!!

O primeiro ja o tinha achado bom, mas o segundo acho-o ainda melhor
O segundo saíu esta semana aqui na Inglaterra, e nao ha duvida que as explicacoes dos japoneses, neste caso traduzido para ingles, sao fantasticas.

The first book I thought that it was good, but the second I think that's even better
The second one came out this week, here in the UK, and the Japanese instructions and in this case translated to English are fantastic.
Well worth it
