Always look on the Bright Side of Life :-)

On our regular Sunday Bike Ride, we decided to stop at the Garden Centre
Bright and early we arrived there.
I’m mad about Jasmine, and last year’s didn’t survived the winter
So we had to replace it.
And these two chairs just winked at me.
A bit bright but…… we all need colour in our Life!!
I can just imagine, Summer, Cushions, Books, Drinks, Food, Quilts, Naps ………… (dreaming)

Liberty Top Finished

Well the top is now finished!!
I really am pleased with it
Thought that a silk wadding will do justice to this soft Quilt
And I also have to think about the backing
So far so good

Well well….. what can I say
I’ve worked with several fabrics, including Liberty Fabrics
But this one is just so gentle, so soft….


I always say this about my quilts
This is Special!!
Yes it is this is going to be my Special one
So calming, and yes you guessed it……… I’m in Love
There’s still quite a bit to go, this is only a fourth of it, but I’m in no hurry, I’m enjoying the journey
Amazing how you can turn a Fabric Catalogue into this.
I’m Happy!!!!

Plans for the weekend

Variety is  essential in my Life!!
I like to be surrounded by beautiful, soft and confortable things.
Having this in mind, last year I was lucky to get one of these



A catalogue with over 150 samples!!
Very Lucky girl I know
And  when you talk Liberty it’s Special
And this one has all the ‘ingredients’ to be just that



So that’s what I will be doing add to that lovely company and I’m going to have a ball on Saturday
So looking forward
